Raffle!

Hey friends,

Just wanted to remind you that were running a raffle at the shop! 

Tickets are $2 each and we are offering winners choice of a $150 tattoo or $100 gift card that can be used for anything at the shop. 

Oh, and dont forget that when its hott outside, its cool in our shop.   We’ve got central air and plenty of fun things to do, so stop in and take a break from the heat. 

Were open 10a-10p daily but will be closed Monday to observe Memorial Day.  We hope that you will all enjoy the beautiful weather at a cook out or parade, because we certainly will be!

Summer is upon us!

hi friends! 

i apologize for the length of time between posts, being a stay at home mom is a lot of work and doesn’t leave you with free typing hands often. lol!

We’ve got a couple of things happening around the shop these days…

Most importantly, we’ve hired a new tattoo artist!  Todd Arsenault is going to be joining our team!  He’s an artist by hobby and has been tattooing on and off for about 10 years.  he has an artistic and professional background and we look forward to seeing his work grow at our shop. Pending licensure, he should be starting at the shop Sunday May 30th.   

We are also running a raffle in the shop!  We’ve decided to give the winner their choice of a $150 tattoo or $100 gift certificate that can be used for any services or jewelryin the shop so that we can accommodate the preferences of all our customers.

We also want to remind you to be checking the blog and our social site posts because we will be hosting game and sports events viewings at the shop. Oh yeah!  and make sure your friend our fan page on Facebook because we’ve reached our 5000 friend max on our regular page.

Big News!

Hi Friends!

There have been big things happening around the shop!  First, our wonderful owners Rose and Phil celebrated their 5thwedding anniversary.  The family has also celebrated the birth of Jesse and Kate’s daughter Olivia on 4.9.10. 

We hope that everyone is enjoying the wonderful spring weather and has made appointments for their next tattoo or piercing.

MC is looking for a new artist!!

Hey friends!

We wanted to remind you to get those beach bodies ready now!!You want to make sure that your new art heals safely before your ready to display it on the beach! Tattoos and piercings can take anywhere from weeks to months to heal fully before you can safely expose them to the elements ( you should always be wearing sun screen to preserve your tattoos).    Soooo… make your appointments TODAY!!

Also, MC is looking for a new addition to our team.  We are looking for an experienced tattoo artist who is self motivated and can work colalbertaively with our skilled team of artists. celebrating life through art

Hey Friends,

As you may know, we recently lost a close friend of the shop.  Our close friend Shane passed away about a month ago leaving behind her long term partner Jake and young son Cameron.  She was an inspirational woman who cared endlessly for her family and we here at MC want to help her continue to care for her son. 

We are donating 100% of the proceeds generated by her freinds tribute tattoos to the scholarship fund started in Cameron’s honor !  We just know that Shane would love to have her life celebrated through art!  So come in and get your red shamrock today (at least set up an appointment because were booked solid)!!

Looking for a contractor

 As the warm weather approaches, we are looking to have our store front redone.  We are hoping to have the porch rebuilt and the front of the building painted.  We are accepting bids and would be willing to pay cash or trade for tattoos, piercings, and/or jewelry.  We are looking for someone who is interested, licensed, and insured.  If this is YOU, please call the shop at 508.755.1379 and ask for Jesse.

MA Tattoo and Arts Festival

Hey guys! 

This weekend is the Ma Tattoo and Arts Festival!!  It is being held March 19-21 at the Sturbridge Host Hotel in Sturbridge MA.  There will be tons of local and national artists pushing their work and craft and we hope that you can make it out to support them!  We are glad to announce that MC Senior Piercer, Heather Kozak-Sherman will be piercing at the festival, stop by and say hi to her!  More information can be found at http://www.zazaink.com/mtaf2010.html.

MC will be open our normal hours this weekend (10am-10pm) and hope that you’ll stop in when you’re out and about enjoying the lovely weather! We have appointments available for piercings all weekend and will have tattoo artists in house consultations on your next piece.  This is a great time of year to get your art as youll want to show it off on the beach this summer!

Happy St. Patricks Day!

Hi Friends!

MC will be celebrating St. Paddy’s with our leprechaun friends during the Parade this Sunday 3.14.10 (weather permitting).  We will be opening immediately following the parade and will be offering 10% off Irish tattoos and all gold and Irish body jewelry!  Don’t forget, EVERYONE is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day!

We are also having a guest artist in house this weekend.  Greg will be with us from until Sunday night and is planning to return in April. Come in or call to set up a consultation for your next piece.

A few things to remember about MC: We are open 10-10 daily and have new jewelry coming in regularly. We love to entertain custom and flash pieces and price our work to please.  We offer the latest in body jewelry and piercing.  We love to push the envelope but pride ourselves in our professionalism.  We look forward to seeing you all in the shop soon!

a couple of announcements

Hey guys!

Just a couple of announcements to share with our lovely friends…

First of all, Greg is coming back this weekend to do a guest spot!!  He will be in town Friday-Monday and will taking appointments throughout his stay.  This would be a great time to get a new piece from a stellar out of town artist or to have something he’s done in the past, touched up.  Greg is an accomplished artist who works in many formats, but specializes in tattoos. 

Second, the Worcester St. Paddy’s day parade is going to be held this Sunday weather permitting.  We want to invite all of our friends to stand near the shop and enjoy the parade!  We will be opening immediately after the parade for all services and hope you’ll stop in.  As always, you can make appointments in advance or just walk in.  We hope that you’ll show your Irish pride with a new shamrock or Celtic tattoo or maybe just some a new piece of body jewelry.  We will be offering 10% off all Irish body jewelry Saturday-Wednesday, so stop in and get yours!!
